Whether you're a local or a visitor, your adventure begins at the  Adventure Center
on Swan Lake. This picturesque mountain village is surrounded by state parks, nature
reserves, farms and the river itself, providing the ultimate alpine landscape for your
day trip, weekend, or vacation.

Trail Head, boat ramp, day only and overnight camping access within a short hike
from the Stage Stop. A short drive to deluxe lodging, fine dining, or an outdoor BBQ,
and numerous cultural destinations, Swan Lake Adventure Center staff will help you
plan your visit from start to finish.

  • Weekly Biyak (kayak, mountain bike) BBQ & Party
    Every Saturday (see events) during the summer, beginning June 20 and
    continuing through September 26.  Paddle, pedal or hoof it down to the Stage
    Stop for our rendezvous BBQ and party on the deck. 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
    FREE kayak and mountain bike all from one location. Something new each
    week. Bring your own gear or rent at the Stage. Boat launch, mountain bike
    trail access, day only and overnight camping all within a short hike from the

  • What is the GeoSports Challenge?
    The GeoSports Green Challenge combines the green movement with fitness
    sports to help bring awareness to the importance of maintaining a healthy
    environment and body.

    It’s designed to get people of all ages involved in physical activities and to
    serve as a platform to help promote zero-waste and maintain a sustainable
    lifestyle. It's also about having fun!

    pickup an application or signup online. Membership is available to anyone,
    any age, ability, local resident or visitor.
