What is "A Certified MONTANAFiT Event?"
This is a bonus benefit for everyone, especially event promoters. It works like this:

To find out if your event qualifies, fill out the form below and click on the submit button. This is not a commitment or an agreement. Just a
preliminary information gathering form. If it qualifies and all questions have been answered, we will add it to our calendar and began the

- If race directors label, or declare their event "A Certified MONTANAFiT Event" it simply means registered MONTANAFiT team
members and individual participants will receive bonus points just for entering the event. 5 for registering and 5 for complying with
the events advance registration requirements.
- Event Benefits
- Your event, or events, will receive special highlight consideration in the MONTANAFIT calendar section and in our weekly
event reminder newsletters. - We will provide a separate information page with links to all online registration websites (Active.Com, Cool Running, etc), or
back to your website. - Provide a link to the events results page, or we'll post the results with photo's in the MONTANAFiT website, if event does not
maintain a website. - There are no fees to event organizers
- Race Directors Requirements:
- If asked, provide validation that teams/individuals actually entered and finished the race or tour
- Incorporate the A Certified MONTANAFiT Event label in all forms of promotional media where ever applicable such as
posters, flyers, website, registration forms, newspaper ads etc. - Following race or tour, provide link to events results page. If a website is not maintained forward race results in a cut and
paste format and they will be posted to the MONTANAFiT website. Send any photo's via email in jpeg or gif format. - Name and email addresses of all participants to be included in MONTANAFiT mailing list.

Foundation in the name of the participant or donor).
