Sponsorship Benefits and Rates
The Alternatives Magazine BioFestTour sponsorship program is a unique marketing promotion. We represent your business,
products or services by incorporating the most effective media resources available, including direct contact with live audiences by
providing free concerts during established special events, such as state and county fairs, sporting events, farmers markets etc.

BioFestTour Season
The official BioFestTour season is June through September 2008. However, because of the ongoing exposure in the websites, the
weekly email newsletters, and press releases the advertising benefits and promotion are virtually non-stop 24/7 throughout the
entire year from the date of commitment.
Sponsorship Fees Based on Six Major Events
Although nearly 20 events are being considered and negotiated for inclusion in 2008, the sponsorship benefits and fees are based
on our participation and sponsors onsite exposure at six major events per season. They are determined by location and/or history of
attendance and will include music or other entertainment. Smaller events will be included in the tour but will be considered "bonus"
events for sponsors and may, or may not include entertainment.

Please Note: Some businesses may not be able to comply with the above sponsor provisions, or may have a marketing or
promotional plan already in place that suite their needs better. Whatever the case we will maintain flexibility and consider any
alternative plan and will negotiate on an individual basis

Although Alternatives Magazine is a sponsor and helps promote the events, we are still considered guests and will adhere to the
policies and guidelines established by the host event organizers. This may or may not limit or alter specific points of the
sponsorship proposal. However, if it does every effort will be made to comply. The sponsors will be notified and asked to
compromise or provide an alternate solution. If a compromise cannot be reached then our involvement (or the sponsors) with the
event may be cancelled and another event added to the calendar.

- 1. Full page in Alternatives Magazine and website profiling company with direct links back to sponsors website
2. Banner ad appearing in home page, business directory and random pages throughout Alternatives
3. Text listing in bi-weekly email newsletter and in Business Directory. Over 7000 subscribers and non-subscribers
4. Sponsors name will be included in all press releases.
5. Unlimited distribution of company literature, product samples at all events.
6. Company logo to appear on event t-shirts.
7. If allowed by event organizers company banner (6' x 3' maximum size) will be displayed on location
- Provide display banners. Limit size 6' x 3' with groumets
- Provide all literature and samples for distribution, 24 hours in advance of each event
- Provide one item of value per "goodie bag" (optional)
- Provide adequate time to implement any special requests
Sponsor Fees:
- Full Sponsorship: $4500 per year. Includes all above provisions
